Gaëlle Moal-Ulvoas is a Professor of International Business and Marketing at France Business School, where she is in charge of the Master of Science in International Business. She holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a PhD from the University of Western Brittany in France. She has worked in sales in the USA, in France and in Singapore. Passionate about business negotiation, she has been teaching the topic for fifteen years at France Business School. She is a guest lecturer at reputable European universities including the Waterford Institute of Technology (Ireland) and the Ekonomska Fakulteta in Ljubljana (Slovenia). She is the author of several business negotiation case studies published in Europe.
